By using matchpath.app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. When we say we or MatchPath, we mean the operator of matchpath.app and its dashboard; you means anyone using the site.

These terms work alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

MatchPath is an independent aggregator. We collect publicly available data about US residency programs from the independent public datasets described on our Data & Methodology page — cross-reference it, and present it in one catalog.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of ACGME, AAMC, FREIDA, NRMP, ERAS, ECFMG, CMS, or any residency program or sponsoring institution. Source names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to attribute data. We do not place applicants, influence match outcomes, or communicate with programs on your behalf.

The catalog is provided for information only. It is not medical, legal, immigration, financial, or career advice, and using MatchPath creates no advisory relationship.

Residency application decisions carry real consequences. Verify anything you intend to rely on against the official source — the program's own site, ACGME, NRMP, or ERAS — before acting on it. Visa sponsorship, application deadlines, and eligibility requirements change without notice, and a figure here reflects the most recent successful refresh of its source, not a live feed.

We work hard on accuracy — cross-validating across independent sources — but we cannot guarantee it. Data may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong, and upstream sources sometimes change or disappear. The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and we don't promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Spotted something off? Each program page has a “Report incorrect data” control, or email data@matchpath.app and we'll check it against the source.

Some features require an account. You're responsible for the accuracy of your details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity under your account. Tell us at hello@matchpath.app if you believe it has been used without your permission.

Your own activity in the app — your tracker, rank list, interviews, and notes — is private to your account and is never published in the catalog. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle it.

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract the catalog, or use it to build or train a competing dataset or product;
• circumvent rate limits, access controls, or paywalled features;
• misrepresent MatchPath data as official, or as coming from a program, ACGME, NRMP, or any other source;
• use the site unlawfully, or in a way that disrupts it for others.

Every page is also served as Markdown at the same URL with .md appended, and the machine-readable index lives at /llms.txt. If you're reading the site programmatically, use those rather than scraping the HTML.

The underlying facts come from public sources and are not ours to restrict. The compilation is ours — the cross-validation and the scoring are MatchPath's work, along with the site's design, code, and written content.

Cite any figure by linking the specific page it appears on. Bulk copying or redistribution of the catalog is not permitted. The full reuse terms, which our published structured data points to, are in Reuse and Attribution on the Data & Methodology page.

The program catalog is free. Paid plans are described on our Pricing page, and the price, billing period, and renewal terms shown there at the time you subscribe are the ones that apply.

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from your account — access continues to the end of the period you've paid for. If we change prices, the change applies from your next billing period, not retroactively. Questions about a charge go to hello@matchpath.app.

The catalog links to program websites, hospital sites, and official sources. We don't control those, aren't responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement. We also rely on third parties to run the product — hosting, payments, analytics, and email — as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent the law allows, MatchPath is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from your reliance on catalog data — including application, match, visa, or career outcomes. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You can stop using MatchPath and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached — most often for bulk extraction — or if we need to for legal or security reasons.

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top of this page shows the last revision, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. For material changes affecting paid plans, we'll give notice before they take effect.
