Scotland Memorial Foundation, the fundraising arm of SHCS, is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization. Established in 1987, Scotland Memorial Foundation plays an integral role in helping Scotland Health Care System achieve its mission of providing safe, high quality, compassionate health care services. The Foundation has a 23 member, volunteer Board of Trustees which has a fiduciary responsibility for the dollars raised.
