Centennial Mental Health Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing the highest quality comprehensive mental health services to the rural communities of northeastern Colorado. Centennial's services address the needs of culturally diverse youth and families through both traditional and non-traditional treatment and support services to address the needs identified by the comprehensive assessment system. Services focus on the needs of the individual clients and provide a network to guide youth through the transition to adulthood. Our mission is to achieve excellence in the provision of behavioral health services that lead to optimal health and well being.
