Shupyk National Healthcare University of Ukraine (SHNUU) is a leading institution for pre-graduate and postgraduate medical education. It is a modern scientific and medical center employing 337 Candidates of Sciences (Doctors of Philosophy) and 226 Doctors of Sciences. Among them are 8 Academicians of the National Academy of Medical Sciences (NAMS) of Ukraine and 15 Corresponding Members of NAMS. The university operates nearly 70 departments, organized into 4 academic units: 🔹 Institute of Professional Excellence 🔹 Institute of Healthcare Management 🔹 Andriy Tkachenko Institute of Innovative Medical and Educational Technologies 🔹 Medical Faculty The university was among the first educational institutions in Ukraine to introduce training in medical residency for neurosurgery.
