Magura Medical College is a government medical institution located in Magura, Bangladesh. Established in August 2018, it is affiliated with Rajshahi Medical University ( From 2023 Sheikh Hasina Medical University in Khulna ). The college commenced its academic activities on January 10, 2019, with an initial batch of 50 students at the temporary campus situated within Magura Sadar Hospital . The college offers a five-year MBBS program, following the curriculum prescribed by the affiliated university. The academic departments include Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Community Medicine, and Medicine. The faculty comprises a principal, an associate professor, six assistant professors, and nine lecturers . To accommodate students, the college provides separate temporary hostels for male and female students, ensuring safe housing and meals. The institution is equipped with modern facilities, including air-conditioned classrooms with multimedia setups, a medical education unit, and a cafeteria .
